San Elijo Lagoon Visitor's Center - open daily until 4:30 PM - Visitor Center is at 2710 Manchester Ave west of I5 in Cardiff

Buena Vista Lagoon Nature Center

Batiquitos Lagoon - hike the trails, you will need to provide photo of yourself here as there is no pamphlets
