APPLICATION DEADLINES

Fall Semester:

For prospective students not applying for departmental aid, the deadline is currently May 1st

For students applying for scholarship money, teaching assistant (TA) positions and/or out-of-state tuition waivers, the deadline is:

January 15th

Your best chance at receiving departmental aid is to provide a complete application by the 1/15 deadline. However, applicants applying after 1/15 can be considered for department aid depending on availability of TA positions and funds

Spring Semester:

For prospective students not applying for departmental aid, the deadline is currently November 1st

For students applying for scholarship money, teaching assistant (TA) positions and/or out-of-state tuition waivers, the deadline is:

October 1st

Unfortunately, most TA positions are assigned for a 1-year term starting in the Fall semester. Their is a chance an open TA slot may occur for the Spring. Your best chance at receiving departmental aid is to provide a complete application by the 10/1 deadline. However, applicants applying after 10/1 can be considered for department aid depending on availability of TA positions and funds
